I want to give a special thanks to Gaia. She is very respectful, elegant, and professional. Every time I order ice cream, she makes it taste amazing and always makes sure everything is perfect. Gaia pays attention to every detail and provides excellent customer service with a friendly attitude. Her kindness and dedication make every visit a wonderful experience. Highly recommended

As someone who works in the service industry, I was extremely disappointed as this being my first time at this location. As soon as I walked in the energy the two girls working PM shift seemed miserable, didn’t wanna be there, didn’t seem friendly. Very rude. The girl making my ice cream had attitude… then when I went to cash out I paid cash, they didn’t even have change to give me back? Asked if I had another way to pay. Also she was eating behind the counter, customers can plain as day see her. No name tags on either of them. I did get a receipt and on it, said genesis h. Not sure if that was her or the other girl but I would never want this kind of energy in my establishment. Won’t be back. I’ll drive the extra 25 mins to palladium.

I showed up over 30 minutes before it closed and they shut off all the open lights and said “we are out of ice cream” then laughed in my face. another person I was with tried to go in and was told the line is to long (there were 3 people in line)then proceeded to lock all the doors. I don’t recommend coming here try a different location. I don’t know the girls names but they were working at 8pm on Sunday April 12th 😀

After having attended a soccer game in High Point we decided to stop for some Ice Cream on this sunny day. This place is attached to a Jimmy John’s so we were confused for a second. Place is small and has limited seating inside and a few seats and tables outside. I think I gained 5 pounds just walking in the door and taking in that sweet aroma of fresh ice cream. It’s hard to pick what to get, ice cream, shakes or smoothies. You can get your ice cream in a cone or cup. The signature suggestions are great but you can also make your own. You pick your flavor of ice cream and then add whatever ingredients you like, peanuts, Kit Kat, Reece’s pieces, Heath bars, pineapple, cinnamon, nuts, etc. You go into diabetic shock just looking at everything here. The girl behind the counter was friendly but she was by herself helping a long line till someone finally came from the back to help. She did a great job! The glass could use some cleaning, that’s why only 4 stars. Overall I loved it, ice cream was smooth and velvety. Flavors are all blended very well. Love it here!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Put of everything and they just scooped ice cream in to a cup and added some sprinkles and stuck half a kitkat in the top of the ice cream. It's called COLD STONE because they are supposed to put it on the cold stone they are also called MIX INS because they are supposed to be MIXED IN! Will NEVER come back to this one!
